Financial Policy

  • Thank you for choosing Woodley Gardens Veterinary Care. Our mission is to deliver quality veterinary care for your pet. An important part of our mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients as possible by offering several payment options. Woodley Gardens Veterinary Care requires payment in full at the end of your pet’s examination and/or at the time of discharge.

    Payment Options

    You can choose from:

    • Cash, Check, Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® or Discover Card®
    • Convenient Monthly Payment Plans* from CareCredit®
      • Allows you to begin treatment today and pay over time
      • Available for any treatment over $300
      • Can be used repeatedly without having to reapply*

    We charge 1.5% interest on all outstanding account balances older than 30 days.

    Additional Policy Information:

    Woodley Gardens Veterinary Care charges $35 for returned checks. For clients with pet insurance, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance carrier.

COVID-19 Update for Our Woodley Gardens Veterinary Care Family

Effective June 25th, 2020

Even though we have resumed full services and restrictions are starting to ease in our region, the coronavirus is still present and a serious concern. For that reason, we feel it is in the best interests of our team and clients to continue curbside care for the foreseeable future.

This means we will continue to limit access to our hospital to Woodley Gardens team members and client pets only, and our doctors will communicate with you via ZOOM conference during the appointment, or on the phone right after your pet’s appointment. If you use the ZOOM app, you can see your pet during the appointment. You can view our complete curbside protocol here.

We will also continue to maintain rigorous cleaning protocols, strict hand-washing procedures, and a mandatory stay-at-home policy for any staff member who is feeling ill. Temperatures are taken before each shift, and we require masks for all staff as well.

We ask that if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19 that you find alternative transportation for your pet and alert us that he or she is coming from a COVID-19 positive household.
